7 AM - 10 AM: Refrigerated Deliveries
10 AM - 12 PM: Non-Refrigerated Products
1 PM - 3 PM: Non-Refrigerated Products

Free Delivery:Orders above Ksh 5000 qualify for free delivery within our free delivery zones. Please refer to our delivery fee schedule here for areas not covered by free delivery policy.
Staples Delivery PolicyOrders that include Sugar, Cooking Oil, or Flour exclusively, the Minimum order Value (MOV)to qualify for free delivery is Ksh 10,000
Order Tracking
Stay informed about your order status with our SMS and email notifications:
Dispatch Notification: Once your goods are on their way.

Pick-Up Option
For those who prefer to collect their orders:
Pick-Up Locations: Available at our fulfillment centres
Same-Day Pick-Up: For orders placed between 10 AM-3 PM.
Notification:You will receive an SMS when your order is ready, Please wait for the notification before picking up your order.
Failed Deliveries
In case you are not able to receive the goods during our first delivery attempt
Rescheduling: Our team will contact you to arrange another delivery.
Delivery Fee: A delivery fee will apply for the next delivery attempt, regardless of the MOQ.
Partial Deliveries
Should we face supply constraints:
Notification: We'll inform you about unavailable items.
Second Attempt: We'll deliver the remaining items as soon as they're available, without additional delivery charges, regardless of the MOQ.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority:
Returns: Acceptable within 48 hours for goods delivered.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are unopened and are in their original packaging
No exchanges are offered.
