Trade Credit Policy

To facilitate and streamline the credit offering process to our esteemed customers while ensuring the financial stability and operational efficiency of BulkBox.

1. Registration:

All interested businesses must initially complete the BulkBox Registration Form, providing all necessary details.

2. Initial Transactions:

For the first three orders, payment is required upon delivery. No credit will be extended during this introductory period. This helps in understanding the transaction behavior of the customer and ensures mutual trust.

3. Trade Credit Application:

Post the initial three orders, businesses interested in availing credit must submit the Trade Credit Application Form. This will allow BulkBox to carry out a comprehensive Credit Risk Assessment to determine eligibility.


Standard Credit Terms

Upon successful credit evaluation, a standard credit period of 7 days will be provided. It’s essential for businesses to adhere to these terms to maintain a healthy credit relationship.

Important Note:

Consistent delays or non-adherence to the credit terms may lead to a review or potential withdrawal of the credit facility. Our objective is to build a lasting and trustworthy business relationship, and we appreciate the mutual understanding in this regard.
